Ok, so I got these for myself. I loved Teva's Terradactyles(think 1993-ish?). Anyway, these looked like the closest thing I could find. Anyway, they are extremely comfortable, and as far as sizing goes, the kids 6 is roughly women's 8-8.5. You can compare the sizing on Teva's website if in doubt.
