I bought these for my daughter's Easter dress because I wanted something cute and comfortable, something she could wear with other less dressy outfits as well. I can't speak for the sizing because my daughter has very small feet for her age (8 months), I ordered the 6-12 month size, and they were a little big, but were just fine.
